Wells Community Homecoming

Begins: 1/10/2023 - 11:30 am
Ends: 3/26/2023 - 8:00 AM

Homecoming date is March 25, 2023 Mark your calendar. We will be honoring the class of 2003 and will be recognizing the class of 1973.

This years theme is "The Greatest Show". This is a circus based theme. Get your imagination going so we can have the best circus around.
We will be serving fish for the evening meal but this year we have added chicken strips for those who do not eat fish.
The contestant committe will be looking for candidates soon and the booth committee is already taking reservations. More information will be posted as we progress forward with this event.
Next regular meeting will be Jan 23rd 6:00 at First Baptist Church.

Council Meeting Reminder

Ends: 12/31/2023 - 8:00 PM

 

Just a friendly reminder -City of Well's Council Meetings are held on the second Monday of every month @ 7:00 P.M. 

  • We will be posting all of the special meetings on the bulletin board located in the city hall as they are announced. Paper copies of all agendas are also available at city hall.
  • Anytime a meeting is canceled a post will be made on the website. 

Anyone that would like to be placed on the official agenda should contact the city hall before 11:00 a.m. on Friday before the city council meeting. 

Everyone is welcome to attend the regular and special council meetings. A sign-in sheet will be available for visitors and speakers. 

Water Bills

Begins: 4/1/2023 - 8:00 A.M.
Ends: 12/31/2023

Water bills are mailed out on the 1st business day of every month. 

Payments are due on the 1st, 10% late charge is issued on the 17th for all unpaid bills and the final day to pay is the 25th of every month.

Non-payment fees will be added to all unpaid accounts on the following business day and services will be disconnected at noon on the 2nd business day following the 25th of the month.

Failure to receive a bill does not waive fees. Contact city hall for your balance if you have not received a bill.

City employees cannot change the rules and regulations set forth by the city council. To discuss the rules and regulations please attend the city council meeting held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
