Municipal Court

Due to the flu, the municipal Court department is closed until after the holidays. There are no Court hearings in December. If the date at the bottom of your citation is December 22-28, 2025, you can call the court on Monday, December 29th, to discuss your citations. The court being closed will not result in a late report violation.
If you received a Final Notice letter, you can mail, fax, or email the required portion to request a program by the final due date specified on the letter.
If you received a show-cause letter, it means you are either missing documents or have not made the required payments for the program you have already signed up for. Locate your program paperwork to determine what you have not sent to the court. The next Court hearing is located on the Show Cause summons letter.
The closure of City Hall will not change the January pretrial and show cause due dates.
